Step 5. Provide a list of features of your home for the brokers to use with their potential buyers.
Step 6. Email a features sheet to the top 50 agents in the marketplace for their potential buyers.
Step 7. Email over 500 local agents, over 1,000 agents regionally in marketplace with any incentives or adjustments.
Step 8. Suggest and advise as to any changes you may want to make in your property to make it more attractive to buyers.
Step 9. Constantly update you as to any changes in the marketplace through a market statistic study each month, emailed directly to you. Receive continuous market reports, videos and reports.
Step 10. Prospect 5 hours per day and personally talk to over 120 people per day looking for potential buyers.
Step 11. Contact over the first seven days: Over 7,000 buyer leads, over 1,000 center-of- influence and past clients for their referrals and prospective buyers. Mass email of brochures to over 10,000 contacts.
Step 12. Whenever possible, pre-qualify the prospective buyers.
Step 13. Keep you aware of the various methods of financing that a buyer might want to use.
Step 14. When possible, have the cooperating Broker in the area tour your property.
Step 15. Follow-up on the salespeople who have shown interest in your property … for their feedback and response.
Step 16. Assist you in arranging interim financing … if necessary.
Step 17. Represent you on all offer presentations … to assist you in negotiating the best possible price and terms.
Step 18. Handle all the follow-up upon a contract being accepted … all mortgage, title, and other closing procedures.
Step 19. Deliver your check at closing.
